I suppose your wondering what exactly Mystic E*Quest is. No, for you die hard MLP fans, it is not a My Little Pony revival. It started out that way but through time evolved into something much different. In fact since it's beginning, Mystic E*Quest no longer contains anything to do with My Little Pony. The similarities that remain have been dwindled to one that you just can't get rid of. That little symbol on each ponies thigh that signifies who they are. The main difference with Mystic E*Quest ponies is that their symbols aren't there all of the time. The symbols are only visible when the ponies begin using there special abilities. For example, a pegasus pony's symbol will only be visible when that pony is flying. There is another difference. The fact that Mystic E*Quest is no where near cute. A good definition would be that Mystic E*Quest is the My Little Pony for adults. The things that happen on Shardasie on an everyday basis have gone just a little further than birthday parties and sleepovers. Like all stories, Mystic E*Quest has the classic plot of good versus evil. But it has everything else inside the stories to keep suspense at a maximum! Gate X Animation has done so much with our stories to keep people interested. There are some things that you just can't write about or even animate that will promote the emotion for it correctly. Mystic E*Quest is one of those stories. To keep with the trend in our stories, Mystic E*Quest can be termed as a Romance Novel. Now don't go crazy just yet. Romance's contain everything from all types of stories in them. They contain humor, horror, suspense, action, and many other qualities of good stories to make them great. But the thing that sets them apart from other stories is that the emotional aspect of all of the characters puts the reader in that characters place. If you really get into the book you will become emersed in a new world where you are the one in the story. That is why the term "Romance Novel" will not work when defining all of the stories that Gate X will compose in the future. So the term that we use to define them all is a story owned only by Gate X. Our stories are known and will always be known as "Hyper Romances."
