In order to understand these archives you must first understand the timeline in Lamina and the way that time is measured there.

On Lamina the highest value of recorded time is measured in centuries. Every 100 years the value of this highest value changes. Laminians measure there centuries using a method that seems pretty rediculous to humans. Every century or 100 years have a marking, This marking is, The Year of, and then whatever year it is. The periods go like this:
1. Year of The Demon
2. Year of The Keeper
3. Year of The Dragon
4. Year of The Empress
The times of these Years of, are measured in a period of 100 years. They begin with 1 and the last year before they switch over to a new Year of is 99.
After all of the Years of have been ran through, meaning a period lasting 400 years, they begin at Year of The Demon again. These Years of also have a roman numeral value when they have been ran through. The first century on Lamina. Meaning the first 100 years of its existance was Year of The Demon I. Meaning the first Year of The Demon or the first hundred years. So Year of The Empress I would be the first Year of The Empress or The first 400 years.
Actual years, not Years of, are measured in Dins. A Din is a period of 1 year, which on Lamina is 200 days.
A day on Lamina is a Kint. 1 Day is 1 Kint, and a Kint lasts 24 hours. The same as ours, that's nifty.

For reference we'll say that the date on Lamina is:
Year Of The Demon V | Din 25 | Kint 115
On Kint 199, that would be the last day of the year Din 25, New Year's Eve. And The next Day it would be:
Year Of The Demon V | Din 26 | Kint 1
On Kint 199, Din 99, it would be the last day of the year and the century. On the next day it would be:
Year of The Keeper V | Din 1 | Kint 1
On Year of The Empress V | Din 99 | Kint 199 it would be the dawn of pretty much a new millenium on Lamina. The next day it would be:
Year of The Demon VI | Din 1 | Kint 1 |
To reference this to our time you would look at the Years of. It is the VI Year of The Demon, which means that the other periods of 400 years have passed five times. five times 400 is 2000. So Year of The Demon VI | Din 1 | Kint 1 | would be the equivalent to January 1, 2000 for us.
